CASA MANAGEMENT PACKAGE:

 

Casa Property Management offer a Carefree Full Management Package for your property on the eastern Costa-Del-Sol, guaranteeing the owner can sit back and relax knowing their property is secure and in safe hands. We pride ourselves on our excellent level of service and as a family run business we take great pride in offering a very personal service to our client's. We will ensure the security and cleanliness of your Spanish home always provides your guests with a high standard of cleanliness and comfort.

We can tailor make a package to suit each individual homeowner. This is something we can discuss with you but the following will give you an idea of the services included in our packages.

 

INSPECTION & PREPARATION & SERVICE.

 

This service is for the property owner who will be using the property themselves and who will be advertising and arranging rentals for their own clients.

We will carry out the following services:

· Key Holding

· We will check the property once a week inside and out

· Inspect the security of all windows, doors and alarm (if present).

· Flush all toilets run all taps and showers to clean any stagnant water and to eliminate any smell, leaving fresh water in the pipes.

· Prepare property for owner's arrival, making up beds, putting out clean towels, etc.

· Switch on air conditioning/heating, boiler, fridge and appliances, also switching on lights if night arrival.

· Attending any appointment set by owner at the property to receive workmen or deliveries.

· Check mailbox and remove any mail forwarding to the UK if necessary.

 

PEACE OF MIND SERVICE

 

This service is for the non-rental property owner who would like total peace of mind knowing that their Spanish investment is safe and cared to a high standard in their absence. For this service Casa management will carry out the following:

· We will check the property once a week inside and out.

· Key holding.

· Inform owner immediately of any problems arising at the property requiring urgent attention, acting only on owner's instructions.

· Inspect all the windows, doors and alarm.

· Flush all toilets run all taps and showers to clean any stagnant water and to eliminate any smell, leaving fresh water in the pipes.

· Check property for signs of damp or mould.

· Check property for any infestation both inside and out.

· Allow property to have a good airing.

· Ensure property is secured on completion of inspection.

 

Our Other Service

 

· Meet and greet service with key handover on arrival and departure of guest. We will also prepare the property for guest arrival, switching on electricity, fridge, boiler, and air conditioning/heating. Making up of beds, clean towels, etc.

· We can supply a welcome pack; this can include milk, water, tea, coffee, cereal, bread, butter, preserves, sugar, orange juice, coke, wine, beer, eggs, and bacon. We would recommend this for late arrivals.

· Supply and fit new gas bottle.

· General assistance to guests if needed in case of medical or police problems, etc.

· On request rent-a-car bookings made on behalf of the guests.

· On departure of the guests, the property will be inspected for any loss of items or any damage incurred will be reported to the owner so that any security deposit taken by the owner can be retained.

· Our cleaning and laundry service will be carried on departure.

· Leaving a selection of local guides in the property for restaurants, places of interest etc and emergency contact numbers including Casa Property Management 24 hr contact number.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

 

When you get the keys to your new property in Spain it can be hard to imagine that anything can go wrong. It is only when you get back to the UK that doubts and anxieties may set in.

Key Holding

We will hold the keys of your property and on request make them available to visiting guests or tradesmen.

 

24 Hr Emergency Key Call Out Service

We are available 24 hours a day to answer any emergency calls concerning your property.

 

Call Out Service

This service can be used to liaise with tradesmen and receive deliveries, gain access to the property to carryout maintenance and repairs or an emergency.

 

Welcome Packs

We would highly recommend welcome packs particularly when arriving on late night flights.  You can of course customise the packs to your own individual requirements or for a special occasion.

 

Baby/Toddler Equipment

We can arrange to rent baby equipment providing high chairs, travel cots, baby bedding, buggies and car seats (subject to availability).

 

Repairs and Maintenance

During your normal property inspections various maintenance/repair situations may arise. These will be notified to you immediately and we will be happy to provide you with our own, most competitive quotations.

 

Garden Maintenance

We are pleased to be able to offer a professional garden maintenance service.

Full Garden Design service.

Weekly watering, deadheading, cutting back, pruning, tidying, weeding, lawn mowing. Purchase of plants and planting, if required.

Casa Property Management also has a full hard and soft landscaping service including water features, tiling and the ever popular decking options. We can also advise on which types of plants and trees that are appropriate for here in Spain.

 

Car Hire

As part of our customer care we can arrange car hire for you or your guests.

 

Airport Pick up Service

We can arrange for you or your guests to be picked up from Malaga airport and chauffeur drive you to your holiday home.

 

Pool Maintenance

If you have a pool then please speak to us about our pool maintenance contracts that will keep your pool in pristine condition.

 

Window/Grill Cleaning

Windows frames and grills are cleaned once a month or as required.

 

Cleaning & Laundry

We can provide all types of cleaning services from departure cleaning, linen change, cleaning after builders and external cleaning (patios, terraces, furniture, etc.). We are always happy to offer tailor made cleaning to your requirements.

 

Maid Service
A midweek or weekly maid service can be arranged for you or your clients at convenient times to suit you or your guests.

 

Oven Cleaning

A full intensive clean of the oven.

 

Patio, Terrace & Pool Pressure Washing

Using a high powered pressure washer we can clean patios, terraces and pool areas.  Alternatively if a jet wash is not required we can clean all patios before arrival.

 

Full Inventory

We can make a full inventory of the property's contents. Inventories are essential if your second home is very much in use by guests. An inventory will become invaluable in the event of a break-in or the property's contents being damaged and needing to make insurance claim. We can also photograph your larger items and security mark.
